A vacuum feeder is a device that uses a vacuum pump to extract air, keeping the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain vacuum state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air to form a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe and reaches the hopper where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are achieved through the continuous opening and closing of pneumatic three-way valves, which are controlled by the control center.
