Equipment introduction:

According to different production capacities and application scenarios, there are multiple specifications and models available for selection. Compressed air is accelerated into supersonic airflow through the Laval nozzle and then injected into the crushing area to make the material fluidized (the airflow expands and the fluidized bed is suspended and boils and collides with each other). In the crushing area, the accelerated particles collide and crush each other at the intersection of each nozzle. The crushed material is transported to the grading area by the rising airflow. The fine powder that meets the particle size requirement is screened out by the horizontally arranged grading wheel. The coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirement returns to the crushing area for continuous crushing.
